Audio Visual Communications

The Audio Visual Communications course prepares students in three distinct areas of communication: television broadcasting, radio broadcasting, and photography. Students learn the set-up, operation and basic maintenance of electronic equipment, camcorders, digital cameras, compact and laser disc players, satellite receivers, audio and video control boards, and video editing equipment. Basic foundational techniques of the field will be featured, as well as the development of creative applications.
