COURSE DESCRIPTION
Students enrolled in the Machine Trades course receive instruction in the theoretical and practical application of machine tools such as latches, drill presses, CNC milling machines, metal cutting saws and grinders. work in this highly-skilled field requires the application of mathematics, mechanics, blueprint reading and sketching. students learn the fundamentals of metallurgy and obtains kills to produce various metal parts through the use of highly specialized equipment which require high degrees of accuracy.
